Job Description
We are looking for candidates joining us as Patient Care Manager in Chennai. The salary for the role would range from 25000 to 30000.
Responsibilities:
1. Explain to the patients about the available methods of treatment and its cos
2. Follow completely and explain along the SOPS on , smooth and transparent billing
3. Minimize the doctors time by explaining and clearing the doubts on the surgery process, risks
4. Counsel inpatients about the rules and regulations to be exercised before and after the surgery
5. Bridge any communication gap between patients and doctor
Experience: Minimum 3 years
