Position: Associate Recruitment & Development Manager
Job Description:
- To hire or recruit advisors from the open market
- To sell life insurance through your team
- To generate business through your team
- Motivate your team to work well in the market
- Support your team to achieve sales target
- Guide your team to maintain client and customer relationship

Candidates Requirement:
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales & marketing field-work
- Graduation required
- CTC: Up to 3.90 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
- The candidate must be local to the same city
