Business Development Executive

Key responsibilities:

· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products to them

· Acquire new clients with the help of leads provided by the company and generate quality business revenue

· Actively cross sell / up sell products to the company’s existing customers by identifying the customer needs

· Provide service to existing customers, solve their queries and concerns and ensure the quality of business is maintained consistently

· Generate fresh leads through cold calling and devise new ways of widening customer base for revenue generation opportunities

· Accept authority of application, complaints of the customers and responsible to take it forward with concerned team.

· Exercise due diligence at to prevent unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions
