Designation - CCE (Email Support)
Process - International Email Process
Working Days - 5 days working culture
off's - 2 rotational
Salary Slab - 15k CTC to 29k CTC
Shifts - Most probably night shifts only
Key skills required:-
*Candidates should have minimum 1 year of documented experience in customer service.
*Candidates should have an excellent English communication skills.
*Candidates should be available to join immediately.
*Candidates should belongs to NCR only.
*Documented experience would mean Offer letter, payslips or bank statement and experience letter/relieving letter is mandatory.
Interview pattern:-
*HR Round - Virtual on video call
*Ops Round - Virtual on video call
*Assessment test and documentation (in the office)
