Job Description
" Preparation of business case for project implementation as per the awarded customer PO.
Work allocation to the passive partner for field execution.
Synchronization with customer, other Service Providers and Technical team for last mile connectivity.
Setting up WAN, LAN Infrastructure, Environmental equipment and services till end user.
Coordination with Passive partners for rolling out entire project to end user.
WAN delivery partner management and coordination.
Backend data support to all RSMs and Providing various SLA reports on daily basis to management.
Managing Hardware Inventory for onsite as well as warehouse delivery.
Managing Hardware Inventory for support cases which is to be used in regular activities.
Coordinating with OEM partners/Infra partners for timely delivery.
