Job Description:
We are looking for a field sales executive who can visit local small businesses, convince them to join our e-commerce platform Frouv, assist in onboarding and listing their products (eco-friendly, organic, handmade items).
Responsibilities:
Visit local stores & explain the benefits of selling on Frouv
Help store owners fill the onboarding form & list the products or collect required details
Report daily activity to the manager
Meet weekly targets of seller onboardings
Eligibility:
10th/12th pass or Graduate
Must have a smartphone
Good communication in local language + basic English/Hindi
Sales/field work experience preferred
Own bike preferred (not mandatory)
Job Type:
Part-time / Full-time
Freelance or contract-based roles available
Salary/Stipend:
â¹6,000 â â¹12,000 (Fixed)
Incentives for every successful onboarding (â¹500-â¹1000 per seller)
Work Timing:
Flexible timing | 4 to 6 hours/day
