Telecaller Outbound
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set appointments.
- Explain products or services and answer any questions from customers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Update customer information in the database during and after each call.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments set.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
- Follow up with customers who have shown interest but not yet made a purchase.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and trends.
