Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
2. Answer incoming calls from customers and address their queries and concerns.
3. Explain the details of products and services to customers and convince them to make a purchase.
4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and follow-up.
5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
