Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Officer based in Delhi, India. The Reservations Officer will be responsible for handling reservation inquiries, providing excellent customer service, managing bookings, The role also includes maintaining clear and effective communication with clients, and ensuring all reservations are accurately processed and documented.
Qualifications
Experience in Reservations and
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
Bachelor's or diploma degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
