Role Summary
Weâre looking for energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executives to help build a widespread retail network for Appuâs Gandhadagudi Agarbathie across Karnataka. Youâll be responsible for onboarding small and medium-sized retail stores, building strong relationships with retailers, and driving consistent on-ground sales.

Key Responsibilities
⢠Visit and onboard a wide range of retail outlets including:
o Kirana stores, provision stores
o Barber shops, salons, medical stores
o Tea stalls, cafés, bakeries, QSRs
o Tailoring shops, laundry services, courier counters
o Jewelry stores, clothing boutiques, gift shops, and more
⢠Promote and sell Appuâs Gandhadagudi Agarbathie as a daily pooja and ambient fragrance product
⢠Build relationships with retailers to ensure regular reordering and brand loyalty
⢠Collect orders, ensure timely payment collection, and coordinate with back-end logistics
⢠Display and maintain product visibility using posters, stands, and other brand assets
⢠Report daily activity, track beat-wise performance, and update the central app/CRM system
⢠Achieve monthly sales targets and territory penetration goals

Requirements
⢠2-wheeler (bike) is mandatory for field mobility
⢠Fluency in Kannada (speaking and understanding)
⢠Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (FMCG, agarbathies, pooja items, or similar categories preferred)
⢠Ability to work independently and manage retail relationships
⢠Smartphone proficiency for reporting and sales tracking
⢠Local market knowledge of assigned geography is a plus
