Role: Telecaller
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Answering incoming calls from customers to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Following call scripts when communicating with customers
- Identifying customer needs and recommending products or services accordingly
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
