Role: Telecaller
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services
- Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries or resolve issues
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Maintain a database of customer information for follow-up and future reference
- Keep accurate records of all interactions with customers
- Meet daily and weekly call quotas to ensure productivity
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business objectives
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Good to Have:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Experience with CRM software
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
