Job Title: Telecaller (Inbound Calls)
Location: Domlur, Bangalore
Experience Required: 6 months â 1 year
Employment Type: Full-time (6 days working)
CTC: â¹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, or booking processes.
Record details of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Maintain call quality standards and meet daily call targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service (BPO / inbound process preferred).
Fluency in Hindi is mandatory (English/Kannada added advantage).
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism during customer interactions.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
