Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries and concerns
- Provide information about products and services offered by the company
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
