Telecaller
The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers in order to generate leads and sales for the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to effectively pitch our products or services over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to our products or services
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Update customer information in the database during and after each call
- Provide information about products or services to potential customers
- Schedule appointments for sales team members as needed
