Roles and Responsibilities:
Calling to prospect customer of Bharat matrimony and convinced them to comes to a paid membership. Brief about the product and features of Bharat Matrimony. Renew the validity expire customer.
Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the matrimony packages.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi & English.
Minimum Graduate passed qualification require.
Any outbound sales or tele sales experience. Industry like justdail, India Mart, Any Matrimony Services.
09:30 am to 07:00 pm shift.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer handling skill.
