PURCHASE EXECUTIVE ENGINEER (HVAC):
Analyzing the purchase requirement.
Raising enquiries, techno-commercial analysis and preparation of comparatives.
Preparation of Purchase orders and maintaining all records
Follow up on all order placed.
Liaoning with transportation agencies and coordinating from loading to delivery.
Coordinate to organize delivery of material to the required location in stipulated time.
Responsibility for timely clearance of supplier bills.
Vendor Development/ Vendor management.
Maintain supplier history record with clarification.
Proficient in computer skills, specially in MS-Office (Excel proficiency is must).
Strong negotiation skills, Communication skills and Spoken English.
Pleasing Personality.
Area of Expertise: Project Purchase and Administration: HVAC ( VRF , CHILLER and AHU)
Gulf Country Experience No Needed.
Only South zone is hired from KARNATAKA, T.N, AP& Telangana, Kerala.
plus for those who can speak in Kannada & Hindi.
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical, B.E Mechanical, Diploma E&E and M.tech.
