Experienced/Fresher – Minimum 6 Months to 1 year experience in Recruitment
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Call candidates to create line-ups for interview
• Work on job portals and create leads
• Create a good contact with the consultancies
• First round of interviews to be conducted
• Follow-up with Ops for further round of interviews
• Follow-up with the joiners and ensure max foot fall
Skills Required:
• Good communicator
• Good networking
• Experience in taking Face to Face interviews
• Enthusiastic
