"Complete custodian of departmental document.
∙ Maintain in-ward and our ward letter correspondence in hard copy and spirit
∙ Filing of inward and out ward letter correspondence
∙ Verification of expiry date of any certifications, follow up for renewals
∙ Facilitate office correspondence to the project team and when required
∙ Systematic approach for letter correspondence, acknowledgements and receipts
∙ Any other office work assigned by the project management as and when required
