IT Engineer

Role: IT Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components for computer systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems and networks
- Collaborate with other members of the IT team to ensure smooth operation of technology infrastructure
- Perform regular backups and ensure data security and integrity
- Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
- Provide technical support and training to end users as needed
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in the IT industry

Good to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in a similar role in the blue grey collar industry
