Role: Inbound and Outbound Calls.
Giving information about the latest educational information.
Client queries handling.
Daily Followups.
*Experience - 06 months to 1 year as telecaller in EDUCATIONAL SECTOR ( NEET, JENPAS, ICAR, JEE, etc exams)
*Language Known: Bengali, Hindi, and a little bit of English.
*Skills:- Should have good convincing power.
Should have a good command of the language.
Should easily work on Smartphones.
