Role: Telecaller Inbound
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding queries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about products or services offered by the company to potential customers
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or department for resolution
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow communication scripts provided by the company to ensure consistency and quality service
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Meet or exceed established targets for call volumes, sales, and customer satisfaction
Good to have:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the blue/grey collar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technology.
