Position: Relationship Manager
Role Overview:
The Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding customer requirements, meeting service metrics guidelines, retaining customers, converting prospects and assisting them in finding suitable partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understanding the customer requirement accurately.
• Helping customer find suitable profiles keeping in mind their requirements.
• Delivering quality service to paid members and working closely to maintain a good rapport with them.
• Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members and creating success stories.
• Managing a set portfolio of customers with robust follow up Understanding the customer requirement accurately.
• Helping customer find suitable profiles keeping in mind their requirements.
• Delivering quality service to paid members and working closely to maintain a good rapport with them.
• Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members and creating success stories.

1. Good proficiency in English and one of the regional languages (Telugu/Malayalam/Hindi)
