We are looking for a Back Office Staff to join our team. As a Back Office Staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of blue and grey collar workers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and maintain various reports and documents
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
- Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to onboard new employees
- Assist in payroll processing and other HR-related tasks

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software applications
