- Inspect, test, and maintain fire extinguishers, hoses, alarms, and other firefighting equipment
- Install and repair firefighting equipment as needed
- Conduct fire safety drills and train employees on proper use of equipment
- Keep detailed records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with equipment
- Stay current on regulations and guidelines related to firefighting equipment and safety measures
- Assist in developing and implementing fire prevention plans
- Respond to emergency calls and assist in firefighting efforts as needed.
