Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and manage our housekeeping staff in maintaining a clean and organized environment for our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blue grey collar jobs industry and experience in leading a team.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the housekeeping staff to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Train new housekeeping employees on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Schedule staff and assign tasks based on workload and priorities
- Monitor inventory levels and order cleaning supplies as needed
- Address any maintenance or safety issues with facilities management
- Maintain records and reports on housekeeping activities
