As a Security Guard Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of security guards to ensure the safety and security of a designated area.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security procedures and protocols for the team to follow
- Train and supervise security guards on their duties and responsibilities
- Monitor and assess the performance of security guards and provide feedback as needed
- Conduct regular patrols to check for any security breaches or suspicious activities
- Respond to alarms or emergencies in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken
- Collaborate with management and other departments to address security concerns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
