Telecaller
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to our products or services
- Build and maintain a customer database through regular follow-ups and updates
- Provide information to customers about product features, pricing, and availability
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience
