We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller to join our team in the blue grey collar jobs industry. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, and providing information about available job opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities
- Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and job fit
- Provide information about job requirements, duties, and benefits
- Schedule interviews with qualified candidates for further evaluation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions in the database
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
