Telecaller
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Answer incoming calls from customers to provide information about products or resolve queries
- Keep accurate records of all calls and sales
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets
- Provide feedback on call quality and customer responses to improve sales strategies
