As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential candidates for blue and grey collar job opportunities and providing them with relevant information regarding job openings. You will be a key player in sourcing and screening candidates to ensure a successful placement process.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential candidates via telephone to inform them about job opportunities
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and qualifications
- Schedule interviews for qualified candidates with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information
