Security Guard Supervisor

Role: Security Guard Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of security guards to ensure the safety and security of a designated area
- Train new security guards on company policies and procedures
- Create and implement security protocols for the team to follow
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems for any suspicious activity
- Conduct regular patrols to check for any security breaches or safety hazards
- Respond to any security incidents or emergencies in a timely and appropriate manner
- Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities and incidents
- Collaborate with management to address any security concerns or issues
- Provide feedback and coaching to security guards to improve performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and security regulations

Good to have:
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations
- Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures
- Certification in security training or related field
