Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller Outbound to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound calling and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and appointments
- Follow up with existing clients to maintain relationships and provide support
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls made and leads generated
- Update customer information in the database accurately
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are properly qualified and handed off for closing
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all clients
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in outbound calling

Good to have:
- Previous experience in outbound calling or telemarketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
