Role: Telecaller
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided for effective communication
- Identify customer needs and provide information or solutions accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in the database
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales
