Role: Back Office Executive
Responsibilities:
- Managing and updating daily reports
- Handling customer queries and providing timely and accurate responses
- Coordinating with different departments for smooth workflow
- Maintaining and organizing files and records
- Assisting with data entry tasks as needed
- Performing general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Ensuring all paperwork is filed correctly and in a timely manner
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering office supplies as needed

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in a similar role in the blue grey collar industry
