We are looking for candidates joining us as Telecalling Team Leader in Hyderabad. The salary for the role would range from 13000 to 16000.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Must be able to handle 15-20 team members.
• Team management experience
• Coaching and communication skills
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience within a contact centre environment as a Team Leader.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong coaching and people-development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
• Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
• Energetic and motivating individual
• Creative thinking
