Job Title: NAPS Trainee

Job Summary

The NAPS Trainee will support day-to-day store operations, customer service, sales activities, inventory management, and store maintenance. The trainee will gain practical experience in retail operations while developing professional and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting footwear, accessories, and other products.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
Support the sales team in achieving store sales targets.
Maintain proper product display and visual merchandising standards.
Assist in stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory management.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store.
Support billing and cash counter operations when required.
Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Participate in training sessions and learning activities assigned by the organization.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of customer service and retail operations.
Willingness to learn and work in a retail environment.
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
