• Responsible for achieving Sales Target/Plan & collections for the assigned region.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with accounts assigned.
• Traveling once a month throughout specified region to visit key accounts.
• Present reports after every business trip detailing summaries of meetings held with accounts visited along with action items to follow up on.
• Work with all departments at Audioplus to ensure any orders issues, availability problems, support issues are resolved.
• Responsible for formulating strategies to bring a low performing account back up to plan.
• Conduct regular research in the markets allotted to ensure our brands are maximizing all effort to constantly refine the customer network.
Desirable skills
• Possesses excellent literacy, communication, and sales skills at all levels
• Ability to interact effectively and comfortably with distributors, dealers, customers or endusers throughout the region
• Experience in Direct/ Corporate/ Channel Sales compulsory.
• Candidate must be in the age bracket of 21 to 35 yrs old.
• Previous experience from a similar industry – Professional Audio/ Music Industry/ Consumer Electronics /Car audio/ Home Appliances.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
