Job Description
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and customer-oriented inside
sales executive to generate quality leads as well as follow up on
Digital DIY leads, email, and telephone inquiries. The inside sales
executive's responsibilities include updating the CRM system on a
regular basis, upselling, and cross-selling to existing customers. You
should also be able to conduct research on market trends and
competitors' products. To be successful as an inside sales executive,
you should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals.
Ultimately, a top-performing inside sales executive should be able to
demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service
skills at all times.
Job Responsibilities
Generate & qualify B2B leads & build a robust sales pipeline for us
Expense management product
• Lead Generation - Tele-calling, Emailing, social media & more
• Scheduling Meetings & regular follow-ups
• Sales Conversions for digital DIY leads
• Sales funnel planning & maintenance duly cataloged in the CRM
• Researching prospects on platforms such as Google, Indiamart,
LinkedIn, Email
• Leveraging one’s own database as well as provided databases to build
sales pipeline for the Sales closing team
• Qualifying marketing-generated leads for Digital Sales Consultants
based on predefined criteria.
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduation (minimum requirement); Post-Graduation (Preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of Sales Experience
• Prior B2B SaaS sales experience
• Start-ups and SMEs (Small & Medium Enterprises) sales exposure
preferred
• Exposure to FinTech or Expense management sales preferred (not
mandatory)
