Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Should be able to handle the calls & customers.
2. Keep records of customer interactions and Compile reports on overall video survey
3. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to resolve their queries.
4. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
5. Should have positive attitude and confidence
6. Ability to work under pressure and promote a team environment
7. Flexible for Sunday or rotational.
Skills Required:-
1. Candidate should have a pleasing personality and proficient command over English.
2. Must be outspoken and career-oriented
3. Must have hands-on experience in MS Excel, MSOffice
4. Both experience and fresher candidates can apply.
5. Sales and hospitality candidates will be first preference.
6. Typing speed of 20 WPM
