Security Guard Supervisor

The Security Guard Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of the company, ensuring the safety and security of the premises and personnel.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of security guards and ensure they are properly trained and organized
- Develop and implement security procedures and protocols
- Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular patrols to ensure security of the premises
- Respond to alarms and security incidents in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and report any breaches to management
- Conduct regular staff meetings to address any security concerns and provide training as needed
