Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their banking needs
Handle customer queries related to accounts, deposits, cards, loans, and digital banking
Assist in account opening (Savings/Current), KYC verification & documentation
Guide customers on Axis Bank products:
Savings & Current Accounts
Fixed & Recurring Deposits
Debit/Credit Cards
Personal, Home & Auto Loans
Digital services (mobile banking, internet banking)
Coordinate with relationship managers and back-office teams
Handle basic service requests like cheque book requests, address updates, etc.
Cross-sell bank products and meet branch sales targets
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Maintain branch decorum and follow RBI & bank compliance norms

Good communication skills (English + local language)
Customer-handling and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, banking software)
