The Inside Sales Exec. Shall be responsible to enhance company sales for promoting courses offered by affiliated Institutes. The incumbent profile will be expected to drive the company’s efforts to achieve its sales targets for admission in Higher & professional education. This candidature needs to facilitate Academic Coordination’s with the associated Institutes there by providing in detail Information to the students and their parents about the various processes involved during the admission process of a particular college.
Job description:
To have a good understanding of the revenue generation from registration. To ensure that the admission sales target are met for the team & individually. Convert the inquiries into registrations that lead to Admissions. Should possess excellent convincing capabilities. To respond to inquiries of students (on email/call/walk-ins). Handling telephonic & walk-In inquiries. Counselling the Students and Parents about various Courses and colleges in India & Abroad. To provide detailed information of available courses to prospective students and to brief process & procedures related to academic, personal, professional & financial requirements in order for Admission requirements for various courses and Universities. The Incumbent profile should be familiar with publishing and design software in order to manage company websites.
Responsibilities:
Good Interpersonal & Communication skills Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience. Understanding of sales process. Knowledge of any one CRM application with spread sheet is desirable. Knowledge of Higher Education admissions of various universities/colleges will be appreciable Ability to converse in Hindi & English in addition to any other local language will be advantageous.
