Role: Telecaller
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about products or services
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards customers at all times
- Meet personal and team targets
