BD Roles and responsibilities
• Ensure to achieve the company’s sales targets MOM.
• Meeting with doctors for prescribing care plans and products of our services.
• Strictly follow the standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and policies.
• Developing growth strategies and plans
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
• Increasing client base
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
• Negotiating with stakeholders
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Drafting and reviewing contracts
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
• 3-5 yrs experience in Sales and from Health care industry.
• Preferable: From Pharma industry or Medical device sales.
Other Qualifications
• Good verbal communicator & presenter, Command over English& regional language.
• Two-wheeler is must.
• Proficiency in MS office would be an added advantage.
• Preferable male candidates.
