• Driving Employee Engagement
• Driving Learning and development- execution
• Support HR Operations in the Circle
• Co-ordinating with various function for various activities to be completed
• MIS preparation
Daily Management of shift:
· Administrative management of associates
· Job allocation to associates
· Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety.
· Monitor status of counts and problem solve queues
· Shift quality and associated action plans
· Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates
· Conducting a Process audit for the respective work area on a daily basis
· Ready to work in flexible shift (Day / Night)
Skills required:
· A self-motivated person with the ability to motivate the associates.
· Good people management skills.
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Good verbal and written English communication skills.
