Job Role:
As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be required to coordinate with the existing and new clients, manage the client accounts, understand the client queries, concerns or issues and resolve them, meet the clients whenever required, prepare presentations to showcase companies services and products to the clients, prepare quotations, etc. We are looking for a very confident, bold, energetic person who is passionate about client servicing and is from events, TV, radio, advertising, or media advertising background preferably or with an OOH Advertising company.
Job Description, Responsibilities, Goals and Scope:
01) Coordinate with the company's existing and new clients who have signed up for advertising services for Out-Of-Home (OOH) Advertising platforms like Billboards, Stadiums, Petrol Bunks, Bus Panels, Mall Kiosks, Lamp Post Kiosk, including transit advertising on buses, trucks, taxis etc
02) Establish and maintain client relationship and become one point-of-contact for any of client's queries or concerns
03) Understand and interpret client's requirements/specifications with regard to OOH advertising requirements
04) Manage End-to-End clients accounts including the client's queries, concerns or issues and resolve them on time
05) Research client needs and provide the best solutions to their queries or concerns
06) Manage and enhance relationship with the existing clients to ensure their advertising requirements are met as per agreed terms and ensure a positive and ongoing relationship
07) Act as a bridge between the client and the company (both internal and external teams) to ensure the advertising is carried out as per the client's requirement
08) Meet the clients whenever needed or required as per the business requirements
09) Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations and present to the relevant departments or to the clients
Required Skills / Desired Experience:
01) Candidate must be a graduate
02) Candidate must have around 3 to 4 years experience in client servicing preferably from events, TV, radio, advertising, or media advertising background preferably or with an OOH Advertising company
03) Candidates who can join immediately or within 10 to 15 days would be preferred
04) Expert at making various Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
05) Should have an interest & passion in advertising industry
06) Must be a team player with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
07) Exceptional communication, convincing, listening and presentation skills
08) Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with an emphasis on Solutions derived Customer Service
09) Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
