Job Responsibilities:
Configuring, troubleshooting, training and supporting technical needs of the customer.
• Responsible for developing reports for weekly and monthly analysis using SQL
• Developed monthly reports of detailed trends for major technical issues across
product portfolio and services across India.
• Handling Inbound Call of Lenovo thin book, think pad, workstation, Laptop,
workstation Desktops, Regarding Software & Hardware Related issue.
• Resolving Software Related issues by Installing Drivers & Operating System Related
issues on a Call.
• Guiding Customer to Windows Related issues like, Windows Activation by Using
Command Lines & Creating Windows Recovery Drivers resolving the mic and audio
issue no power and no display issue.
• Creating the Ticket's for Hardware Related issue.
• Handling the field service engineers calls and troubleshooting issue,
• Supporting for the part replacement
• Worked on managing tickets for a diverse customer base
• Resolving the issue through the mail support.
• Helped streamline repair processes and update procedures for support action
consistency.
• Removed malware, ransomware and other threats from laptops and desktop
systems.
• Followed up with clients to verify optimal customer satisfaction following support
engagement and problem resolution.
