Role: Back Office Executive
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team by handling data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records
- Assist with processing paperwork and documentation for new hires, terminations, and other HR-related tasks
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and physical mail
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management as needed
