1. Channel Management - Micro Market Manager will coordinate with the dealership sales team (DSE, DSM, GM, DP) in the assigned territory. 2. Micro market identification & mapping â Identifying existing and new Naka stands for 3W/4W at the block and tehsil levels in collaboration with the dealership team. 3. Route activation â Monthly BTL planning from the top 6 BTL buckets: Naka, Routes, F&V Mandi, Mela, Fair, Self-Employment Camp, Ek Din Ka Malik, MSME Awareness, and GURU Mechanics' Training and Activation. 4. Customer visits â Visits to MSMEs, union leaders, body builders, financiers, Guru, TGM/TKM, Gram Pradhan, and Sarpanch. 5. Training - Monthly training for DSE, DSM, GURU, and TGM with support of TSM/ AM. 6. Sales process adherence at dealership â Beat plan, beat follow-up, TQP, active DSE monitoring, 1 BTL/DSE/month and pipeline funnel review. Criteria of Micro Market Manager a) Age between 22~35 years. b) Should be B.Tech (Mechanical, Production, Agricultural, Automobile) or MBA (Marketing) c) Min 1-3 years of experience in field sales and customer facing. d) Preferable industry â Tractor, Lubricant & Oil, Tyre and Automobile. e) Person should be son of soil ( home state)
